1. Agreement to Terms
By using our application, PrepMe4College ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account and to keep this information up-to-date. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Use of AI-Generated Content
The content generated by our AI features (e.g., essay drafts, profile analysis, recommendations) is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. It is intended to be a starting point and a tool to aid your own work. You are solely responsible for the final content you submit to any educational institution. You must review, edit, and ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all content before use. PrepMe4College is not responsible for any academic or other consequences resulting from the use of generated content. Plagiarism and academic dishonesty are serious offenses, and it is your responsibility to ensure your work is original.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your account credentials, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using the Service to generate content for academic dishonesty.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The AI-generated predictions, analysis, and recommendations are estimations based on data and algorithms; they are not guarantees of admission, success, or any other outcome. You should use this information as one of many tools in your college application process.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
